How much niacin do i need to clean out my system? |
i smoked to weeks ago and i need to clean out my system ... i already drank one gallon of water tonight and downed 10 niacin pills what else can i do niacin doesn't work to clean out the system of THC for a UA. it's a very old and inaccurate piece of information. not much you can really do except keep drinking the water prior to the UA (at least 1 gallon) and try to urinate several times before the test. |

The stores have started selling Niacin that is "non-flush" and that means that you don't itch, your skin doesn't turn red, etc. Look at the bottle of Niacin you bought and s... I have heard it helps, but why take acid, if you have a bad trip. Why take it at all. ...I buy mine from the GNC store at the mall. Silver bottle 500g 100pills $8. Best to take 3-4 a day spaced out 3-4 hours each. Definatly causes a noticable red flush starting at your head and should... Yep...that's what the stuff does to you. Although Niacin, Vitamin B3 is used to help folks with high cholesterol, it has to be very carefully monitored and adjusted. In high doses it has some very unsavory side effects, such as skin rash... |
