How much niacin should you take like how many MG? if your trying to get clean for a drug test?

I have smoked like yesterday and i have a drug test in 5 days ive passed in 4 with a lab test im taking niacin and drinkn water i think i should pass but im j.w with you guys.........and does pills show up on D.T?

You probably won't pass a drug test at this point. You might take niacin, but if you take too much, it's really bad for your heart. If you start to get a flushed, sweaty feeling, you've taken too much and had better start drinking water.

Speaking of, the only way to pass a drug test is to 1) not do drugs and 2) pass lots of water through your system.

1) seems like a lost cause with you at this point, so 2) might involve something like drinking a gallon of water a day, with at least an hour or two of aerobic activity each day (gotta sweat it out!). drinking moderate amounts of caffeine might help get the water flowing through you.

a friend of mine swore by buying a couple gallons of cranberry juice, diluting it half and half with water, then drinking a gallon of the mixture every day before his drug tests. coupled with decent (4+) hours of on-the-job excercise, he said that he passed with flying colors. he was also pretty frickin' healthy, too. good side effect.

herbs, pills, "drug cleansers", none of that stuff works.... just water and time and of course not doing drugs.

the day of the test, don't drink huge amounts of water - you might invalidate the test. if it's not out of your system that day, no amount of water that day will save you.

whether "pills" will show up or not depends on the pills, of course, how often you take them, and what drug test they're giving you.
