No. But plenty of water will. I had to go for an unexpected drug test 18 hours after smoking. I drank about 4 gallons of water b4 the test. I passed because the urine was too diluted to detect anything.

Yes Niacin Works DEFINATELY! I Just Got Off Probation In January After Being On It For A Year. I Smoked Weed EVERYDAY WHILE I WAS ON PROBATION And I Got Dropped EVERY MONTH. I Took Niacin And Drank Lots Of Water And I Was TOTALLY CLEAN.
