I herd Niacin cleans out your system ! if it does which type of niacin do i take and how long will i be clean?

i really need to know this anwser ive smoked twice this month and my last tyme was yesterday and im about to take a drug test possibly even a blood test please HELP ME !!!

Niacin is a bad idea. Go to GNC and ask for the Strip brand detox. Its about $55. It starts working after 30 minutes and lasts for up to 7 hours and you don't need to drink extra water like most.

Sounds to me like you should of not smoked... smoking is for loosers. Sorry if you smoked, then take the test like a man, no cheating.

Niacin will not clean out your body so you can pass a drug test.
They do have stuff for that and it really works, but you'll need to go to a certain kind of store that sells pipes. Most tobacco shops or adult stores will sell this cleansing drink. It costs from $40 to $60 for one dose.

I managed a GNC for a long time and the one thing I can tell you about Niacin is that taking too much is stupid.

Unless you enjoy being flushed, itchy and miserable.

In which case, go for it.

If you've never taken Niacin ,beware you will become very very itchy about 20 minutes after taking it and you'll turn red for a while too. It flushes out your skin pores but will probably do nothing for your smoking.
