No it does not work to pass a drug test

I've heard that it can help. I myself don't know though. But I will tell you one thing. Do NOT take too much niacin. It can harm your body. Niacin is supposed to help you cleanse your body. One way it works is it can make you sweat out impurities. But If you take too much, it can cause you to sweat too much, and it can cause your skin (mainly the pores) to burn because you are forcing your body to sweat too much. Trust me on this one. If I were you, I would just quit drugs and pass the test.

As a healthcare provider I can tell you that, NO it won't make you pass a drug test. And it definately can cause what we call a 'niacin flush' the hot feeling that some other respondents have been describing.

i dont know but i'm on it now.... no bull SH*^ but i think its gud if you turn red.. i took about 3,000 mg drink alot and try to stay lower than 4,000 aight
