lyrica for neuropathy has any one heard of this how good is does work is it good. had two surgerys on both hands for carpal tunnel somehow i devlope neuropathy in botharms and hands please help. thank you I've heard of Lyrica working very well for some people with neuropathic pain. I believe it's fairly expensive and there are other alternatives, such as neurontin and tca antidepressants (such as amitriptyline). Also Cymbalta is indicated, and I've seen this work fairly well.
