Tingling Feet from neuropathy?

This question is for anyone who has neuropathy, as in
diebetes or muliple sclerosis. I have tingling in my feet but it is not constant, more as the day goes on from standing, walking or any kind of pressure. Feel it in my hands but more after sleeping on it funny. Do have generalized tingling in hands on some days which may be worse than other days

Wondering if it is a constant pins and needles w someone who has neuropathy? Or do you have some days without pins and needles?

Not sure if I have a pinched nerve or something more serious. Been 3 months now. I know I need to see a doctor but wanted to get insight for now.

I think my tingling has stopped but I don't want to speak too soon. Correcting my posture along with stretching extremely tight muscles has stopped the tingling. Everytime my feet tingle, I straighten up and it goes away. Could it be that simple? I hope so.

A pinched nerve would not affect both your hands and your feet, and it probably would not affect both feet.

You cannot rely on the described experiences of others to self diagnose a problem. Symptoms are highly variable. Two individuals with the same diagnosis can have completely different symptoms, or varying degrees of the same symptom. Others with completely different diagnoses, can experience similar symptoms.

You need to go see your family doctor. He may want to refer you to a neurologist.

While neuropathy can and does occur in diabetics, it can also be caused by other problems. Mostly, diabetics will feel a tingle, or numbness in lower extremities. Hence the need to keep feet protected and warm at all times.
Poor circulation can also contribute to this. If you are not diabetic, I would very strongly recommend that you see your doctor immediately. This could be symptomatic of something else that only a specialist can diagnose and treat. Do not hesitate.

I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet. Sensations can range from the "pins and needles" to tingling, burning and outright pain. If I am walking, it doesn't significantly bother me, but extensive sitting and overnight sleep are the peak times for the discomfort. It's possible it is constant, but I have grown somewhat accustomed to it for the most part. I've only had one invasive injury to my foot so far and I barely felt it, requiring five stitches (totally recovered from it).

I do believe the neuropathy does affect the way I walk, causing me to put pressure at the wrong points. This does increase the risk of callouses and blisters. (I had osteotomy surgery on one metatarsal a couple of years ago, which went well.)

I am not familiar with medical conditions other than diabetes which causes peripheral neuropathy, but I suppose it's possible. Definitely, a doctor would need to assess your condition.
