If you have neuropathy- do you know how you got it? |
I am 61 and have been diagnosed with neuropathy. It just started real fast and I have no idea how I got it or what caused it. If you have it, were you ever told why or how you have it. My doctor just looks at me and says he doesn't know. I did have major surgery 5 weeks before this started but they keep saying that didn't do it. I have it also,and have been to five doctors and I still do not have an answer. The most common cause of neuropathy is diabetes. Some other causes are: Yes I have it and its very painful. Mine is from "Nerve entrapment in all my joints. However Lorraine's answers r great also. Mine started from arthritis. Best wishes. |
