Treatment for Neurofibromatosis and cafe-au-laits as a result of said disease.?

I have the problem of neurofibromatosis. As in this problems nodules grow in body and cafe-au-lait appears on whole body skin. I have the so. I have to face many social problems.Is there any treatment through which i can get rid of those cafe-au-laits on my whole body.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of a treatment for the cafe au lait spots. I guess if you have a mild case, you can try to cover some of the spots but I would defer to a female who uses make up. For the neurofiromas, you can get them cut out.

I have it and see a doctor in Chicago, about twice a year. So far there in no treatment. I am taking pain medication, as needed. But my Doctor, who top guy on this disease, said the University of Chicago, and another hospital, I think it's either Phoenix or Pennsylvanian, are working a test treatment, they may help shrink the tumors.
