Who has Neurofibromatosis?

I swear I am retarded or something, it takes me so long to learn anything. I don't receive any special considerations from my university with my condition but do you think I am entitled to some special provisions?

they will not take Neurofibromatosis as a learning disorder. NF is a condition that can be used as a crutch. You are far from being stupid if you are in a University. OK we all have some degree in learning problems. There are many people that are walking around with NF that are CEO of companies or Doctors. Please, just work harder on your school work. take your time in studying. I know that sometimes NF can be bothersome, But you are a smart person. good luck in your schooling

I have neurofibromatosis, and in June I graduated from a community college, got my associates in general studies, got mostly B's, all the while having a learning disability. Most of my problems with NF are physical. Report It
