Twitching?? |
Okay. So one morning, I woke up and my arm was numb, and it worried me a little bit. Then it kept happening and I got really worried, but then I found out that it was just because I was sleeping on it and my arm was asleep. I have it to. Don't stress it to awful bad. Twitching, spasms and cramps are often caused by a magnesium deficiency. |
