Twitching??

Okay. So one morning, I woke up and my arm was numb, and it worried me a little bit. Then it kept happening and I got really worried, but then I found out that it was just because I was sleeping on it and my arm was asleep.

But for some reason, I got all worried during that time and I thought I had some kind of nerve disease so I started looking things up, and found that twitching was one of the symptoms. Ever since then, I kind of twitch...in the legs, abdomen, face, and sometimes the arms.

The twitching started before I found out that my arm was just asleep, and so I was relieved, but now the twitching bothers me. I think that it was just brought on by my stress...and it only occurs occasionally when I am sitting or lying down, and usually only when I am aware or thinking about it.

So, does anyone else have this problem? And, does anyone think that if i just try to forget about it, it will go away or at least settle down???

I have it to. Don't stress it to awful bad.
Like you said, it's stress. Sometimes when life gets to stressful our minds can't handle it, the mind relieves its self physically. Therefore, some people twitch.
I know it seems noticable to you, but most people around you don't notice it. The more you stress about it, the worse it will become. Put that out of your mind, and it will happen less often.
:D

Twitching, spasms and cramps are often caused by a magnesium deficiency.
