Have I damaged a spine nerve by sitting in fron of my PC?

I was wondering is this possible? To get quadriplegia actually. I spen too much time sitting and I feel some symptoms of the disease like muscle weakness, etc.
thank you

Quadriplegia is paralysis of all 4 extremities; this occurs when someone severs their spinal cord from C1-T3. In order to sever the spinal cord a person would have to have hit something violently like diving into the shallow end of a pool. What I think you are experiencing is called muscular dystrophy. Which is when you don't exercise your muscles like they need to. Also, since you spend a lot of time in front of the computer; you probrably don't eat right. This could further complicate things for you. Since you are not getting the proper nutrition, you probrably are not getting the energy that you need. So you need to get off the computer more often, eat (especially fruits and vegetables with a small portion of meat for protein), and exercise. Just by walking you should see a difference. If you try this and you still are weak. Go see your doctor about.

I'm no professional but I'd say it's very possible.

quadriplegic is limited or no use of all four limbs.
