Sciatica Nerve pain? |
I found out that I have Lumbar Spine disease with 2 ruptered disks. I am supposed to have an Epideral shot this Friday and I am scared that something may go wrong. I've been researching the internet about this but really not much to go on, at least not in my condition and I'm only 29. I lifted a bag of charcoal just before memorial day and felt it the next day. This pain is driving me mad! Does anyone have an idea or may a second opinion? Plz help... thousands of women get epidurals evry day for childbirth epidural is given to desensitize(deaden) the area. Is that something that sounds positive to you? After the epidural wears off your pain will still be there and possibly worse since you haven't really corrected anything. Try something that not so invasive first, like Chiropractic... and rehabilitative excercises. To actually corect the function of your spine and stregthen the area. Then move onto epidurals and surgery when and if those other options haved been exhausted. Plus its cheaper... |
