Sciatica and lyme disease?

I was have been dealing with severe back pain, joint pain, muscle swelling, memory loss, just to name a few for over a year now, it all started after i got bit by something on my foot and developed a "bulls eye" type rash scare thing... My question is has anyone ever heard of lymes disease effecting your sciatic nerve?
