I get bad migranes with numbness in my hand & face, please help!?

I get really bad migranes, and then all the sudden, my body parts start going numb.

It always starts in my left hand, then it will jump into my face, numbing parts such as: my lips, nose, cheek, jaw bones, tongue (only 1/2 of it tho) and the roof of my mouth.

It feels SOOO weird, please help! It scares me! Sometimes when my tongue is numb, I'll be telling my mom about my symptoms and she'll be like "I can't even understand you.."

Is this a condition or a disease? (affecting the nerves?)

I told my doctor about it and he didn't seem to know or care really... He's like "it's probably just associated with your headaches" -- Well DUH! No sh|t!

You need to find another doctor NOW. This one sounds like a prize jerk. I'd suggest consulting a neurologist as soon as possible. These are extreme symptoms even for a migraine.

First of all, check to see if your hand is larger than your face. Sounds like possible cancer.
