Plz,tell me the disease with wihch i suffered&mention the treatment(i need surgery/medicine only)?

i was suffering from shoulderpain.the symptoms are like this:
1.while writing exam i feel (erlier)some kind of pain but i would be recover by pressing neck-shoulder joint.
2.but,after nearly 6 months after it will be make me so bad.then the symptoms are while get up from sleep/while sitting some 15min insame position/even lift my hand to type/write/page turning for 15(while paper reading) i feel so much of pain.
at the starting of my backbone the nerve would be swelled&while wake up from sleep /even normal relax on bed my bones are stiffed&pain was so much.sometimes my chest was also stiffed.
but after 3 months this stiffness was gone&after one month it would again come.now,i felt so much pain.plz,suggest surgery is need to recover/medicine is enough.
i consult a homeo doctor i told that not necessary asurgery.it will recover with medicines only&this disease is cause by lack of calcium.

hi aswani;sad to hear abt ur suffering but dont have to worry as one of my friend underwent the same problem(same symptoms)and she couldnt move her right hand i dont the name of the disease bt it was caused due formation of nodules as a result of exessive strain.she had taken ayurvedic treatment along with physiotherapy.now she is perfectly well but when the pain recur she takes ayurveda.there is no need of surgery and physiotherapy helps to remove the nodules if present and add in ur prayers also.wish u a fast recovery!
