1. Acute Post- streptococcal glomerulonephritis.
2. Membranoproliferative (mesangiocapillary)GN
3. Membranous GN
4. Rapidly proliferative (crescentic)GN

What do mean by classification? Nephritis is inflammation of the kidneys.

There's pyelonephritis and glomerulonephritis. It's acute glomerulonephritis that usually occurs in children about 1 to 4 weeks after a strep throat infection.
