Why is Zoloft bad for the kidneys? |
Hi, I told my new new shrink that I couldn't go on Lexapro and Cymbalta because I read that they were bad for the kidneys (I have kidney nephritis disease), and she put me on Zoloft...anyway, I just read that those with kidney or liver disease should see a doctor and be supervised...I think my shrink didn't have all the correct information. If you are afraid to take the med talk to your regular Dr he can give you the info you need. Plus he can keep a ck on your kidneys. When on some of the meds you are suppose to have your liver and kidneys checked. Hope this helps every kind of medication can be harmful to your body... |

One possibility is that you take steroids for your sle/ neph. That will lower your natural immunity. As antiviral drugs are not 100% effective, there are chances of flare ups when the virus becomes... The Lupus type symptoms could be coming from the Methotrexate, but I would recommend getting in touch with your rheumatologist as well to see what they say, and also I would recommend checking with... Dude, she's crazy. I wouldn't even talk to her, unless you do so to be amused. No need for that kind of hysterical negativity in your life. ... |
