5.5cm complex cyst, this will be 4th surgery, is anyone familiar with this?

My ultrasound results show a 5.5 complex cystic/solid right adnexal mass. The differential diagnoses includes endometrioma, complex hemorrhagic cyst, or cystic ovarian neoplasm. The last one mentioned could be cancerous. In addition to the 4 previous surgery's, I've had at least 20 either rupture or resolve on there own. My symptoms include abdominal, back, and groin pain as well as the feeling of fingers between my ribs, headaches, severe constipation, fullness/bloating, and fatigue. And my emotions are all over the place. My OBGYN was sapose to see me today but when I got there he had to leave for a labor and can't see me now until tuesday, The anxiety of not knowing what to expect is killing me. Anyone have any ideas????

I really don't know anything to say that will comfort you.
I have been through a lot medically and I can feel for you.
Please try to imagine yourself in the safest, healthiest condition you can imagine. Read, pray, listen to music and try to NOT think about how long it is until Tuesday.
I'm so sorry for your problem, and I will say a prayer for you.
Good Luck.

Most of the women in my family have had cysts removed from their ovaries. I would not worry about it cause worry only feeds into the diseased cells.

Watch some comedies to take your mind off the topic.

kim that doctor of yours oughta be driving a bus.switch doctors, mail or email his clinician,or chief of staff about what happened, and find someone else
