Is it possible to make a personal injury claim for minor injuries such as bruising and neck pain? |
I was involved in a road traffic accident and the other party has admitted full liability as the driver and me as the pedestrian. Although my injuries were minor and I was fully recovered after 1 week, I wonder am I entitled to any compensation for the pain caused? You need to have suffered some kind of loss or trauma and I think what you describe is too minor. However as liability has been admitted you might want to go to a no win no fee lawyer but my best guess is that the injury you describe is only worth lost earnings plus a couple of hundred quid at most..... A lawyer would cost more than you would win. Yes! Why do we have to be so ready to sue people? Do you know that is why the rates go up so high? Leave it alone and consider yourself lucky and ALIVE. Embrace the experience, integrate it into your life, and move friggin onnnnn. Show me a lawyer who'll say "no"! that all depends on what state you live in. To find out the answer, consult with an attorney. |

Wow, sounds to me like you have done some serious damage that has already gone too long without proper treatment. Your health isn't something to take lightly and will only get worse with age. ... You did not mention what you are doing in physical therapy, but it sounds like the treatment has focused on the neck. I am guessing that more needs to be addressed for the shoulder. In imping... Yep sounds like a health professional to me...won't see the doc when they should. LOL As you know the neck contains a plethora of muscles and tendons that could have been strained. If that... Could be a pinched nerve. Only a M.R.I. can tell. ...whatever you do, its the nutrition that plays a mojor role in weight management. Its like having the right fuel to drive your vehicle: Men1"=1kg=2.2lbs and women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standa... Whenever you have any injury to your neck you should always get checked out. Chances are that you've just pulled something or have internal bruising but seeing as this was caused by a trauma,... get a lawyer ...I don't think they are related, as the sleep apnea comes from you not being able to breathe very well at night. Unless you damaged your trachea somehow with your neck injury. Perhaps you could... |
