What should I do about my neck/wrists injuries? |
I was ice skating with my friends and at towards the end of ice skating...I fell backwards and apparently my neck or head and my wrists were damaged as well. Chances are that you've just pulled something or have internal bruising but seeing as this was caused by a trauma, you need to get to the doc's and have anything dangerous ruled out. Good luck! |
