Neck Injury - I dont know what i did!?

Today i was indian leg wrestling with one of my friends and she flipped me, very slowly and as i rolled on my neck i heard - crack crack crack crack crack! It hurt alot and i just layed there crying. My teacher came over and check to see what happened and she helped me by turn my neck side to side and nodding. Its 4 hours later and it still hurts alot!

What do you think i did? And what do you think i should do.

I also have hockey practice tonight and im the only goalie - should i go?

I think put hockey off and visit a doctor you want to be OK for the future and do not put of what you can do today you need this looked at ASAP take care you are young and will heal fast but seek the Doctors advice.
