Head/neck injury, whats wrong?

my friend was tumbling and slammed her head/neck into the tumble track, and now (like 45 min later) she has a really bad headack and lost her perifall vision, from one eye to the other.
10 min later her vision came back but a very bad headace.

whats wrong and is it serious?
i choose best answers.

I would get her to the er room and don't goof around with this. anytime a person hits there head it's quite serious. go now to the er room.

Any blow to the head can be very serious. It could be a concussion. Your friend needs medical attention NOW

Get her to the ER NOW!!! Any kind of head injury can be VERY serious!!
