Head and neck injury?

I was doing a flip where I put my hands on the ground and flip up and over, well i am not sure what happened but instead of flipping around i landed right on my head on the concrete. It hurt really bad for about 30 seconds, then the pain dulled and right now Im just really dizzy, have a head ache and i cant feel my head. My neck hurts too
I did not pass out or anything
im scared to go to sleep im not sure wat to do or what will happen to me

I would make an ice pack and put it on your neck. Take a towell and roll it up and put it under your neck so that if you do have trouble moving it you can with the towel - use it for support (I am serious) You have seen the neck pillows right?

Keep track of your symptoms , feeling dizzy , pain and if you do to feel better - go to the dr. expecially because of the the fact that you are dizzy. You may have been dizzy also because of flipping - ya know.. Pay attn to tht and if you are with a friend ask them to notice if you seem different ...

Go to the hospital. Or better yet, call an ambulance.

Better get checked by a doctor ASP I had a friend who broke her neck and walked 4 miles after her accident she was lucky nothing moved because if it had she would be paralyzed
I hope this isn't what has happened to you but her symptoms were similar so go get checked you have more to gain than lose at this point
