Exercises for someone with a bad neck? |
I had a neck injury about 10yrs ago and whenever I do sit ups or any lifting my neck hurts for 2-3 days afterwards. I want to flatten my tummy, but don't know what exercises to do without flaring up my old injury. Maybe wear a neck brace while exercising might help. And hold your head wher your chin points to the ceiling. An d dont pull at the back of your head when coming up relax the hands behind your head. One of the best ones are bridges but if your neck has been injured I am not sure if it would be a good one for you. try this: I have had a huge problem with my neck as well and the only solution is to go to a good physiotherapist or trainer. They will asses the damage and give you excersises to improve it. You will notice a difference in 3 days of doing them. Its better just to fix it then you can do all sorts of exersises otherwise you can risk making it worse. |
