I hurt my disc in my upper neck , now my lower back & legs hurt. Can it be from my neck injury?

Yes I'm a nurse. Your spinal cord is one long connecting bone. I would seek a doctors advice and get checked out. Your back is precious and you don't want to have any serious problems and become paralized. This is serious, see a doctor

Yes. It could be a pinched nerve as well. My father had both problems and had a packet of stretching routine 3 inches thick to do everyday.

Yes, absolutely. Nothing is seperate, it's all connected! You need to see an orthopedist or chiropractor..someone who can refer you for an MRI and then follow up with a treatment plan. I would go right away, do not wait for things to worsen, which they most definately will! Best wishes...
