When should I be concerned about neck pain/injury after a car accident?

ok, so someone ran into me mid intersection today, they were running a red light. my neck was hurting a tiny bit, but it just felt like I pulled a muscle or something. it hurts to lay down, and my head is hurting, too. i really can't afford to see a doctor, nor do i really want to. when should I be concerned?

You have whiplash and should see a doctor a chiropractor is very good under these conditions, although you can't afford a doctor see an attorney they will send you to one, if you have insurance and med pay is on your policy use it and avoid attorney you can settle this matter without one, if more help is needed contact me via email.

It's called whip-lash.(sp?) Just go to the doctor asap before you even think about a case. You should also inform your car insurance of the injury.

Could be whiplash. The pain could last a long time. My cousin was in an accident months ago, and she's still going through physical therapy. If you absolutely can't afford a doctor, try Googling information on whiplash. I think you're supposed to apply heat to muscle sores, but I'm not a doctor, so...

You should be concerned NOW ! Go get checked out, I know it is very high to see doctors, now days, but what is your quality of life mean to you? Please be concerned about your pain, SEE A DOCTOR. Better safe than sorry !!!!

If you have pain, you're injured. Get physio, massage and rest. Hope you exchanged info or got the plate #. Could take 2 years to heal.
