Do anxiety/depression disorders cause pain in upper and lower back and shoulders and neck? |
I am in pain. I am only 28 and I feel like I am 80!!! yes it does, it also causes headaches and lack of sexual motivation. get over it..come on Nah...I don't think so.... maybe you are older than you think yes depression and anxiety effects not only the inside but the outside it might be time for counceling and maybe meds Yes the symptoms are related. Anxiety, absolutely can. I had knots of muscles all over the top of my back. I tried heat and everything. It was so painful. Something I had never experienced before. It began right after and during a severe panic attack that lasted several days. Ended up getting skelaxin to relax the muscles from my dr. and it worked great. yes the pain described is cause by stress that is tension on your muscles i suffer from this too and so does my boyfriend so what we do is take turns on massaging each other the harder the better .. its also lack or exercise start working out or playing a sport and youll feel better Simply Sassy has it right. You might also want to try a massage, to loosen up those tight muscles. you bet they do my wife is 33 and feel the same way its cause by too much stress in her work and the stress of our house children debts etc... yes it does their is a commercial on TV right now about depression and where it hurts its for a medication called cymbalta and it really works. see they expression you carry your stress in your shoulder or back is not just an expression. check it out call your doctor |
