Could this be wisdom teeth complications?

A walk through of my physical symptoms 30 minutes after eating chicken (or mostly any solid food). This is the first time I have eaten all day, because this happens every time I eat.

11:48 pm : Region above the Right and Left upper third molar is aching 10 minutes after eating chicken. Mouth/Jaw spasms, clicking noises, neck ache, mucous production.
11:52 pm: Tension Headache starting to set in.
11:56 pm: Slight ear pain.
12:06 pm: Region above the Left upper third molar is aching again. Jaw spasms immediately after.
12:11 pm: Baggy Eyes, swollen cheeks and throat, and trouble breathing.
12:20 pm: Trouble breathing, turkey neck appearance.

NOTE: Diagnosed with two partially impacted third molars by an oral surgeon.

I am ruling out a grinding and clenching disorder, because my mouth was aching and my teeth felt like they were shifting for no apparent reason. This is becoming more common throughout the week. No allergies, because no watery eyes or sneezing.

That sounds like it could be related to your impacted wisdom teeth. Your wisdom teeth appear to be affected your maxillary sinuses. Pressure is building up in your maxillary sinuses and is giving the appearance of allergies. The headaches is probably from pressure on the trigeminal nerve, which innervates that part of the face.

Yup. Impacted teeth can involve your ears, your neck and throat, your eyes so get them taken care of. It will get worse if you don't.

If this occurs after eating chicken I would more expect "clucking" noises and "chicken" neck. Sorry, couldn't resist...
These are very unusual symptoms, I'm most concerned about the trouble breathing! This really doesn't sound like a wisdom tooth problem, it's more like some sort of allergic reaction! Watery eyes and sneezing are not the same kind of allergy symptoms. Please see a medical physician ASAP!!
