In what case do your eyes go inside the sockets?
is my question.
This question is about physical disorder, however small
it might be.. um..

My guess is, it happens,
when your posture gets bad,
cervical or vertebrae gets curved at the same time
and thus straining the nerves and muscles around the neck.
And the neck causes tensity over cranial nerves, which
control the movements of the eyeballs.
or the curved shape of cervical vertebrae itself causes
the problem.

To tell you the truth, this is my disorder.
and now looking past, I would get better as I corrected
my posture occasionally or streched my back for over 10 minutes. but I never got cured over 50%.
My eyes literally go inside, not a feeling.
They reduce to thread-size eyes.

This requires an intensive and extensive knowledge on
human nerve system.

Posture would not affect the eyes, nor would any of the other things you mention. If you have not sought medical adivce you really need to.

eyesight really isn't linked to your posture at all.
