What's this?

I have an anxiety disorder and sometimes when I'm sitting on the computer for a while or reading a book with my head down, I feel my head just move or jerk slightly to the side..It's very slight but kinda weird...This is the only place where it happens...Can this be caused from anxiety or muscle problems in the neck? Or is it something more serious?

Sounds like a muscle twitch, try changing positions every so often and see if that prevents them.
