Facet Syndrome?

Hi, I am a 39 year old woman who has been diagnosed with the SI Joint Syndrome and Facet Syndrome with Degenerative Disc Disorder. My physician tells me that I am in stage 3 and there will be one more stage, which is stage 4 with complete immobility. I have had physical therapy with the epidural injections and am in alot of pain still. I don't want to take painkillers. I don't like that doped up feeling but I am at my end with trying to deal with this. I was born with a birth defect where my hip is actually higher on the right side and pushed out some. To the naked eye it's hardly noticable unless you look closely and I have developed severe bursitis in my left hip as well as complications with my neck and my left hip. On top of that I have osteoporosis and am concerned about what my next course of action should be. I have a bony growth that has developed as a result of the friction on my lower spine because it's almost bone on bone there. Any advice from a professional??

you need to see a good chiropractor immediatley and stay with them consistently foreever... that is the only way to stop this progression or slow it down and make you muchmore confortable in the process. the md's can do nothing for you, see the chiropractor (ask if they have any lower force techniques for the elderly befoe you go anf fidn one who says yes)
