Thanks folks all of these suggestions had crossed my mind at one point. Magnesium deficiency ........ magnesium is essential for healthy nerve and muscle functioning. When we become deficient our bodies will leach it from our bones, where the largest stores in our bodies are, hence the muscle tics and twitching. magnesium will also relieve constipation and bring relief from indigestion. Eat more foods rich in this wonderfull little mineral ie: leafy and green vegies, nuts and seeds, wholegrains and cereals, cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting. If you're constipated, believe me you can hurt all over like this. |
