How to fall into deep sleep?


I haven't slept well for a long time. I'm wondering if someone can help me. My bed is not perfect but i can sleep in it. My room gets pitch black at night. Its little warm in my room. But I still wake up 4 or 5 later. Also when I wake up my neck or and my back hurts. I haven't had a good night sleep for 3 or 4 years. Do I have a sleeping disorder???

i don't know if you have a sleeping disorder but you should turn down the temperature in the room if possible. that may help you fall asleep. i can't seep unless i'm cool. the temperature has an effect on your alertness. also if you have trouble sleeping take a hot bath 90 min before going to bed, this may help your trouble sleeping.
