How to fall into deep sleep? |
I haven't slept well for a long time. I'm wondering if someone can help me. My bed is not perfect but i can sleep in it. My room gets pitch black at night. Its little warm in my room. But I still wake up 4 or 5 later. Also when I wake up my neck or and my back hurts. I haven't had a good night sleep for 3 or 4 years. Do I have a sleeping disorder??? i don't know if you have a sleeping disorder but you should turn down the temperature in the room if possible. that may help you fall asleep. i can't seep unless i'm cool. the temperature has an effect on your alertness. also if you have trouble sleeping take a hot bath 90 min before going to bed, this may help your trouble sleeping. The light emitted from computer monitors decreases the amount of melatonin in your system. Melatonin is the chemical created by your brain in the dark to help you fall asleep.
