When you do eat, try to eat fatty foods such as avocados, nuts, fatty fish, beef steak, etc. Because you are stressed and anxious, try to releive some of that stress by maybe getting a message or talking with someone about your stresses.

umm first off how old are you? if you're still a teenager then it's understandable , you might grow later or you might grow tall fast. i know tyra banks used to be very skinny and tall at the same time. so don't worry.

All i can say is you are so lucky. i wish i was like you, I have suffered from anorexia for 5 years and if i had what you had I would be the happiest person in the world. However the reality is that i will never be thin as you are natrually and you will never be as fat as i am natrually. Im sorry if i sound harsh, but it just hurts me when people like you have exactly what i want so so much but don't appreciate it.

If you want to gain weight you start weight training(lifting). To help do it right you should read Lou Schuler's New Rules of Lifting. It's written for guys but it works fine for girls and women (my mom is living proof)

Don't worry about it. If your doctors and dieticians are not putting you on a special diet, then you are fine. Just keep eating a healthy diet and exercise - you know, the things we are all supposed to be doing.

Now... stress and anxiety thing. That's a problem. You may want to discuss this with your doctor and come up with a game plan to tackle this. For me, it was yoga and learning relaxation techniques that helped me deal with stressful situations.
