What are some ways to help nearsightedness?

I understand that it is not possible to cure it without surgery. But is there any way to help it, and maybe relieve the severity of it? Thanks.

Just to clarify, i wear glasses already.

wear prescription glasses or contact lenses...that will help you.

get farther away from the object and maybe you can make it out j/k but thanks for the points

not really you can protect it so it doesnt get worse like by making sure you always have ample lighting when reading ect and make sure to take breaks from the computer or tv. But this will only protect it to cure it only a surgery will (i did it and loved it) It really changed my life

go to the eye doctor and get glasses I did
