Is it true that eating carrots will make your eyesight better, will it reverse myopia(nearsightedness)?

how much carrots should i eat a day?

No, there is no evidence to suggest that eating carrots improves one's eyesight.

It may improve your eyesight, but will not reverse nearsightedness. If you eat too many carrots, your skin will take on a slight orange tint.
