About small light & how it can affect?

I've heard several times theories about small amounts of light being harmful. For example, nightlights causing nearsightedness & more importantly women sleeping in direct view of a small amount of light at greater risk of breast cancer? IF you've heard of this & know more, please let me know if it affects through the brain & then sending a signal or if it only affects when that area is exposed. Thanks so much.

It isnt true
