How to stop eyesight from worsening?

is there any trick to prevent further worsening (nearsightedness) of eyesight without surgery?
eye exercises? limiting the use of computer/TV? any proven facts from studies?

There are many good eye exercises which can help strengthen the eye muscles. Wearing glasses gives the eyes a crutch. They help us to see better but they do not improve the eyesight. I did eye exercises for 6 months and staved off reliance on glasses for 6 years. But then I got lazy and got glasses. You can research eye exercises on the internet. There are books written on how to see without glasses. Vitamins may or may not help in addition to strengthening your eye muscles.

My exercises were prescribed by a legitimate opthamologist & consisted of viewing 2 images then crossing the eyes to make them merge into one. Astigmatism can definitely be helped by strengthening eye muscles. The younger you are the better. Try pinhole glasses. Report It

get glasses and stop straining ur eyes

eat a lot of Vitamin A foods.....and probably using corrective eyeglasses may help as well..... i do have the same problem but i drank Vit. A meds from our health center.... for free...now its getting better....

wear your glasses or it'll get worst. There is no other way, if you keep forcing your eyes to see what you cant see clearly then it will get worst. turst me mine went from 30 degrees to 50, and i think its getting worst because i keep forgetting to wear them other then when i really cant see the board from my desk. lol
if you dont want it to get worst then wear your glasses, eating vitamin A doesnt help much.
