What should i do for my boy friend?
my friend is 18 years old a very hansome football player in german's legue....but recently he has a lot of stress the result is nasal bleeding throwing up and some times throwing up blood...we went to dr he was testedno cancer no other disease
except being nervous ....and his anxiety is unnormal he was the naughtiest student in his school time and never had this problem before....help me or the next step would be bed wetting and then cardiac arrest

It's good he went to a doctor. Those are the symptoms of some very bad things, so it's good they were ruled out.

There are lots of ways to deal with stress. There are whole books on stress management and stress reduction. Exercise, meditation, cognative therapy, 'progressive relaxation', etc. etc. Sex helps, if you have that kind of relationship.

Also it might help if he got some counseling.

He needs to find out what is stressing him out. Sit down and talk about it all. Then get away from whatever it is. change of atmosphere, or places, listen to nice music. Relax and read the bible about Jesus He is our peace. In fact he can pray and ask God to help him.
