Will the ingredients in estroven test positive for narcotics in a urinalysis?

i've taken estroven and black cohosh root for hot flashes and i took a urinalysis test and it came back positive for narcotics,also will drinking too much water make your creatin level high

I honestly don't know about the creatin, but I know there is definately not anything in Estroven that would pop on a test. Sometimes, they can check for supplements used to cover up drugs on a test, so maybe you're taking something that peaked curiousity. Are you taking high doses of b's? Did you take some type of cover up before your test?
