Can you buy Schedule 2 Narcotics without a prescription in the USA? ie. Percocet, Lorcet, Vicodin, etc...?

With the mail order pharmacys, seems like you should just be able to buy over the counter-or over the net. There must be easier way.

There are ways, and many people use them, though they are expensive, time consuming, and rather risky. The online places go through this process-

The schedule a phone consultation for you with a doctor after you have faxed them your medical records. This is how they cover the legal point of doctor patient relationship-this conversation. Then you wait for the doc to call at the time scheduled, he calls and basically says--what do you need? you tell him the drug you need, and he (if he's any good at all) will also tell you ways to extend the effects of the drug so you can take less, and then he gives the prescription(s) to the online company who set it up, they fill it and send it to you.
This service is very expensive in conparison to what you would pay going to a regular local doctor, and they are primarily for people who are in the middle of finding a new doctor, or waiting to see a specialist who has a long wait time. I would not suggest this to anyone who can get to a doctor or specialist--but there are situations that this service with solve if you can afford it. There are many who abuse this service and go to more than one company and "double-dip" for the extra meds. If they are caught, they are black balled and unable to use the site that blocked them. Many different sites are operated by the same pharmacy, and it is easy to get caught. 10 years ago I used this service when I was first injured as the wait time to see the specialist was 6 months. I didnt know I had a broken jaw, and other injuries, so it was a life saver for me, but almost broke my budget. Um no. Lorcet and Vicodin aren't even schedule 2 narcotics. Anyway, legally all schedule 2 narcotics are locked in a safe, and can only be dispensed by a licensed pharmacist. Mail order pharmacies are no different, if you're talking about your insurance making you use mail order. Actually, insurance companies only make you use mail order for maintenance drugs which they normally classify as blood pressure meds, heart meds, etc. Anything you'll be taking for a short time like painkillers, antibiotics, etc can all be filled at a retail pharmacy.

There are ways to do it. But the bottom line is it's illegal and if your getting it delivered by the mail your comitting another crime. It's not worth it.
