I randomly fall asleep and it's not narcolepsy.....? |
I don't know why, but occasionaly I just get so tiered and it's a real effort to keep my eyes open and stop my head from nodding. I looked up narcolepsy and daytime sleepiness but neither of those two are relevant to me. Sorry, I also ment to put on there that my other half told me that I dont snore or stop breathing. i'd strongly suggest asking your doctor for a sleep study. there are any things that could be interrupting your sleep cycles enough that while you get a good number of hours a night, the quality of those hours may be diminished. Try getting sleep at the propper time , don麓t use caffenated products at night and eat a proper breakfast (foods that take long to digest cause sleep). If you sleep and eat better you will feel better during the day. Sleep apnea! So unless you are sleeping with someone who is a light sleeper and notices that you stop breathing during the night, you are not going to know if it is sleep apnea! Problem being you are not getting enough oxygen during your sleep so during the day you nodd off! I have a friend who has been told he has sleep apnea and I find him asleep during the day, behind the wheel of his parked car! I suggest you go for a sleep trial and they can monitor you, see what the problem is. Good Luck |
