Is narcolepsy curable. And if on medication should a person be driving?

Personally, I don't think narcoleptics SHOULD drive, but they MAY do so from what I can find.

Meds help, apparently, but with such a powerful disorder, it seems prudent to NOT drive. Even people with no illness who "push it" when fatigued or ill greatly increase their chances of an accident. How much more so if you have a brain disorder--and I'd include epilepsy there as well. However, the law appears to allow it.

You should not be driving.
