how in the world do you start a speech about either? I think some people may have misunderstood your question. I do not see that you are not understanding what they are, but looking for a good way to begin a speech to get the attention of the group. Lay your head on the podium. Are you sleeping well at night? If you are going to do a speech, perhaps you should look into the differences, which are obvious. i would decide what you are talking about first, one is a generic problem for most at some point , the other is a specific medical condition stare at the croud and give them a big yawn |
