What are some diseases which can be transferred through the stratch by the nails by a human? Pls. Answer! Thnx there are several diseases and infections that can be transferred in this manner. there is one infection that lives on the skin and does enter the skin thru a break in the skin and thankfully its extremely rare. however, a cure hasnt been found. it is a germ that lives on the skin. and it actually made it to the guisness book of world records. it makes cancer and ecoli even aids look like the common cold. it is more carnivorus than cancer. it eats thru bone and flesh. the only treatment is to surgically remove the infected area and some around it or amputation. saw it on public television a man had a break in his skin on his leg at one point there was a spot as big around as a coke can and about an inch deep. by morning the man's leg was gone and they had to amputate just below the hip. Staphlococcus aureus. It's a bacteria present on most people's skin, but if it gets into a cut (or even after you've shaved) it can cause a nasty infection and leave you scarred. Don't know if that's the kind of thing you mean. |
