Skin diseases?

how can you have french nails with prosiasis in the nails

Sure you can you can do whatever you want with your nails. How it would look depends on what type of psoriasis of the nails you have. If it is just the pitting then it will look nice. If it is the oil droplet pustule thing under the nail then the french manicure will not look so nice because it will be showcased with the manicure. It depends on you whether or not you want to be asked a lot of questions when they see your fabulous nails. I say go for it.

I have psoriasis as well and when it was attacking my nails I would lose parts of the nail ie. right side, or the bottom, etc. and it would have been impossible to do anything with them because there was no nail to paint. Now that my nails are not affected I show them off whenever I can.

I suppose one could, depending on the condition of your nails. Mine not only get pitted, but sometimes have problems with the sides, so I have to keep them short. The buildup under the nails, especially my thumbs, makes it rather painful for me too, so I don't tend to keep even regular polish on for long.
