I don't know my kidney condition.?

there are many symptom for a gay who has some kidney disease such swelling in numbs and eyelid, nauseating, tired, belly ache, flank ache and so on, embodied on my body. but on the urinalysis, the most persuasive one, with the frequency of every 15 days, i was proved all most normal in the past year, only two or three time the blood cell was 25/ul while the reference is 0-24/ul.
i don't know whether or not i have some kind of kidney disease unless taking Renal biopsy which is a traumatic check and the doctor acknowledge that it is not the proper time to do it.
i am nail-biting and i have no knowledge on my condition as i feel deteriorate day by day.
who can make me clear?
