What is fish oild good for? |
ok i been hearing a lot about fish oil and how it is supposed to be good for you and stuff. i know that it can lower your risk of a heart disease as well as cholestrol but i am not in a risk for those two but would like to know what else is fish oil good for. I also heard that it strengthen your nails and hair and make it grow faster, is this true? does it also suppress your appetite or clean your system somehow? do young folks need to take it if they're not concerned with hearth disease and/or cholestrol or is it recommended for people that are in risk for those disease. right now i take multi-vitamin tablet each day (maybe every other day when i rememer lol) and i am just wondering if i need to should add fish oil too because i been hearing about how great it is.
