Myopia with 0.25 power.?

I'm suffering from mild myopia with 0.25 optical power. Is it really harmful. Do I need to wear any glasses for this or its okay without them too?

Also, I use the computer alot during my day. Will anti-glare glasses (without any optical power) be sufficient, or if required I should go for anti-glare glasses with power.

0.25 is 1/4 dopter, which means your vision unaided is around 20/25, or 20/30. You don't even need to wear glasses at all, unless you want to.

if your prescription is -0.25 then you dont need glasses and any doctor that would even prescribe them is just out for the money.. the only reason you would need them is if you started to get a lot of headaches or something along those lines..
